Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We are so confident that you will LOVE our products, that any item purchased directly from the www.BOKMANMD.com site may be returned for a full refund minus shipping and restocking costs. Returns will be accepted if requested within 14 days of receipt of order. Customers will be issued a full refund in the form of original payment minus the shipping and restocking costs, which vary between $6.95 and $15.00. 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost returns. 

For exchanges, please return the item you wish to exchange and a store credit will be issued to your account. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt of order. 

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Once received, returns may take up to 15 days to process. Once processed by our returns specialist, it may take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your banking institution to reflect the refund on your bank statement.
